It is quite evident that the current 'claimants' are unable to adequadetly manage this space, my hearty congratulations on both your goals and attitude. Smaller organisations and alliances should definately take Celes up on this offer. Naturally, safety is not guarenteed, it never is in 0.0, but when all the local corporations work together and share intelligence, you will be able to avoid unnecessary losses. There is much ISK to be made in Fountain.

If they waste time and resources taking your little POS out (remember to randomize your stront levels so they have to come back over several days, for sheer annoyance factor), simply put up another. And another. And another... each time paying for it several times over after a few days of NPCing or Mining. Enjoy. And profit.

A warning of hostile movements, so you can safespot or move to your POS should anything come up in local. This isnt about people moving to Fountain to PvP (though thats an option I guess), it about moving there to make money and avoiding trouble. Which is pretty easy to do in an NPC region.
